"He called me sweety, I feel attractive" LOL

I don't think I have used the phrase -this is phenomenal- so many times within one day.

Kelsey and I said our goodbyes to Prague at 1:55pm, and it was time. Prague I love you but I think it was time to say goodbye while we were still on a high note. The flight over was just a quick two hours or so. I was knocked out from the dramamine and Kels was laughing at me because of how I sleep on planes(with my head between my knees). Once we landed we took a sweet train right into the center and started out search for a hostel. We were both exhausted and really just wanted wanted to eat and go to sleep. The first night was not as awesome as we were hoping it would be however day 2 totally made up for it. The hotel was over priced and so was the not so bueno dinner we had.

Day 2- Phenomenal
It is moments like this that I wish I had a wider vocabulary. We had somewhat of a plan for the day when we left the hotel, and ended up doing everything we didn't plan on doing. Because our hotel was over priced our first mission was to find a more affordable hostel, which we did -The Papaya- a hostel geared towards women traveling alone and happends to be one of the cheapest ones. It is great, high ceilings, clean bathrooms and in a pretty good area.
Once we got all settled in the hostel the host showed us a few places that we could go and we set out on our way. We decided that we were going to go to the Colosseum tomorrow so that we didn't feel rushed. Well that didn't happen. We walked around today and didn't go to any of the places the lady told us to go. We just kinda did our own thing. Amazing architecture, gelato, cappuccinos, everything that falls in the awesome category.. we did it. We had lunch at a cafe near this amazing monument and then found ourselves really close to the closseum, then the clouds broke and the sun came out. So we decided it couldn't wait and we went. It was so amazing. Took some really great pictures all in great company of my Californian friend. Some guy that we asked directions from called me sweety, then I said to Kelsey "awww he called me sweety, I feel attractive." We were cracking up about that, actually we were cracking up just about all day. Good stuff.
Since our dinner last night was not what we had hoped for we decided to brach out away from the touristy areas for a while. We walked for about two hours to the other side of the river to try and find some proper Italian restaurants that didn't scream tourist. Something we didn't consider is that the Italians don't start eating dinner until 7:30pm here! So we had a few glasses of wine at a cute little wine bar before the restaurants open. Kelsey had lasagna and I had the most amazing pizza of my life. It was a super duper yummy thin crust with a little bit of cheese, fresh cut tomatoes and massive amounts of arugula on top. I just about died it was so good. One quick bus ride and we were back on our side of town and just a 10 minute walk to our hostel.

Now it is bed time. Tomorrow is another big day of delicious food and amazing sites!
