Decisions decisions

I am exactly half way through the course now and still have nooooo idea what I am doing after this. I have a country in mind I just don't know what it is, haha.

-spanish speaking- I speak a bit so it would be great to become fluent if possible.

-no crazy hot temps- I don't want to walk out of my door feeling like I just stepped into a steam room.

-a smallerish size city

-and inexpensive

I feel like I am filling out a match.com profile for my perfect country that doesn't exsist.
But I really do need to chop chop and figure it out quick. In two weeks the class will be finished and I don't have a plan after that. Gray -aka apartment guy- is also the schools job coordinator. He has been sending me emails with suggestions on countries and some job opportunities that he thinks I would be good for. We have talked about Spain, Bali, Thailand, and of course S. America. I loved South America but I wouldn't mind going somewhere new. Spain is high on the list because, well because it is Spain do I really need to say anything else. However, because I don't have a degree it is harder for me to get a job ahead of time, for any country. So I have to just do a lot of searching or hop on a flight and go sell my self to the schools with my stunning good looks and overwhelming charm :) That is why Thailand is on the list.. I can get a decent job there fairly easy and get some experience under my belt to score a better job in a different country. We will see but that is where my head is at right now. As we all know, that could change by tomorrow.

Last night we went to -The Red Room- and it was, RED. I liked it, when we first got there they had live music. I need to do a bit of research and find some more live music. That is the best part about going to pubs and I have only seen live music like twice. That is a problem that needs fixing.

My mission this week: Find Tome Cruise, listen to live music, get a handle on a country choice.

  1. Like I have always said to you. Make your own choice or one will be made for you. And...just make a decision and make it right rather than fretting over the making the right decision. You have good guts and judgement. You will make a good choice for you.

  2. I vote for Spain. Just because It is Spain. I know exactly what you mean. Thailand would be cool if you are in a touristy area. But Thailand is filled with Asians and (NOT TO SOUND RACIST OR WHATEVER) but they might get kind of annoying after a while. You've already been to South America. I'll look at a map for you and pick some good places. WHAT ABOUT GREECE??? Ooooo or Sweden? When I went on that cruise with gma a few years ago Sweden was the best place out of all the places we went. It was beautiful and everybody was really nice. Or Amsterdam?? Or would that be veeeeird?

  3. Kristin I love you. You are like the one person I can alway count on to say something inappropriate. I love you for it. I would love to go to all of the countries that you mentioned but probably just for a visit. Greece is on my list and I heard it is really cheap right now. Miss you love you!!!
